Today we visit Hermanus, home to the famous SOUTHERN RIGHT WHALE. passing through false bay coastline, admiring the South African Penguins and even doing a brief stop at a botanical garden. Doing lunch inside the city of Hermanus. Later the afternoon on the way back to the city, going over Sir Lowrys pass and Elgin, Grabouw.

Upon leaving the hotel, we will drive along the N2 high way towards Somerset West, where we will do our first stop in Gordon's Bay with a perfect view of False Bay looking over towards Muizenberg, Simons town.
Spending 15 to 20 minutes admiring the view of our spectacular view over the harbor and parts of our coastline. Time to take some pics and have a break.
We will be inside Betty's Bay, making our way down to a little beach known as stony point. This is where we will see an abundance of South African Penguins in their natural habitat. This is also a protected area inside a nature reserve.
Here we will have an opportunity to admire the fauna and flora of this beautiful garden before making our way to Hermanus
Time to have lunch, and look at the local market for some souvenirs and do land based WHALE watching from the waterfront, restaurant area.
Depart from Hermanus, making our way back via Botriver passing through Elgin over Sir Lowrys Pass.
