We booked three full days with Kaori and we are so glad that we did! Kaori could not do enough to make sure that my family were ok, including my 80 year old father and 11 year old son! The heat over the 3 day package was brutal, but the trip was made so enjoyable because of the thought Kaori put into the routes and constant welfare checks!! We were a family of four with two grown up daughters of 17 and 23 years. We had two days of fantastic and most memorable guided tour of Kyoto with Hiroshi. He is really a nice person with a deep cultural knowledge of Japan. He possesses excellent communication skills and keep the fellow tourists engaged through out the trip and sometimes with funny comments. He also tested our knowledge by engaging us in quiz. We don't think we would have covered so many places in Kyoto without Hiroshi's guided trip. He is very caring and really understands what we wanted. We appreciate his patience by letting us a Japanese get up with Kimono and hairdo which was unplanned but a memorable day of our life. Really recommend Hiroshi if you plan a guided trip in Kyoto.
We had such a wonderful tour; it was hard conditions being so warm but Toshi was amazing. He looked after us and cared for us. He took us to all the places telling us amazing stories history to all that we saw. He was the nicest person and took us to an amazing sushi restaurant for lunch We so enjoyed our tour . This is a must to do with Toshi to see the main attractions in Tokyo with all the history and stories connected to them. Thank you Toshi you were so great.

This crazy hot summer in Tokyo must be like hell for you. But you followed the itinerary of standard tour without any complaints. There were no shade in some tourist spots. Thank you very much again. It was not possible to have a so awesome day in Hiroshima without the help of our guide Licca. When we arrived in Osaka airport we got the message from Licca that she was sick and couldn't join us for our guided tour. She was quick enough to fix an alternate guide named Coco. We got a warm welcome from Coco at Hiroshima station. We really appreciate the prompt response from Licca inspite of she was sick. We are happy that our trip in Hiroshima was exactly like what we expected. Thanks Licca and we really recommend her as a guide and also Coco.
