We are a Transportation company located in Narita and Osaka.
Our service covers the following areas in Japan:
1) Tokyo, Narita, Yokohama, Hakone, Mt. Fuji, Karuizawa, and Takayama (vehicles will come from our base in Narita)
2) Kyoto, Osaka, Kobe ,Wakayama,and Hiroshima (vehicles will come from our base in Osaka)
Our drivers are highly experienced and professional.

- Our driver can speak simple English only. If you prefer to have a guide with your tour, please search and book separately. Or we can provide an English-speaking assistant if available (not a professional guide).
- Please prepare cash (Japanese yen) for the fees which are not included in the tour such as parking fee, toll fee, and transportation fee to bring our vehicle to/back to our base in Narita or Osaka.
- The number of people for one van is maximum 22 people (including a driver, without a lot of luggage).
- The customer is requested to complete booking process (including payment) at least 3 days in advance prior to the tour date.
- Please make sure to write down the following information for transfer request/ booking:
1) flight number (cruise name)
2) flight (cruise) arrival/ departure time
3) airport terminal (cruise port)
4) number of luggage

My experience was a positive one, they answered every question I had. Plus, provided their own insight regarding the Hakone and Fuji area. Mariko was especially helpful and I felt reassured at every step. My driver I believe was named Mian? Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name properly. Our driver was puntual and polite, plus full of friendly energy. He did his best in broken English to point out and name the local points of interest. It was a shame that Fuji-San was being shy on the day.

We booked a private minibus for 10 people to collect us from Osaka Port and take us around Kyoto. Everything went to according to plan. The communication while arranging everything was very good. The minibus was waiting for us in port, it was comfortable and the driver very good. I would highly recommend this company.

We had a nice driver named Miya during our day in Kyoto. He was 49 minutes early, but we weren’t ready yet so he waited until we were set. I had a list of places to visit and he would tell us where to enter or exit to be able to find him quickly. Overall, great experience!
