The guidance day with Yasuro was a must-do. It was a very smooth landing in this busy (and beautiful) Tokyo. Yasuro knows every corner of the city and was incredibly patient, adjusting to every request or need.
It was an absolutely great and lovely tour. Tea was very professional and told us everything we wanted to know about the old town of Dubrovnik and the cats and mentioned a few spots and shops we should visit. Although it is never guaranteed to see the cats she knew exactly where to find them, their story and made the most out of it. She even had some treats for them with her, but we recommend to bring some on your own to spoil the city cats a bit more.

We spent the entire day with Hideo, we met us at the cruise ship port and stayed with us until after dinner. Our day with him was the best day of our 14 day visit to Japan! He is kind, knowledgeable, and easy to be around. He made great recommendations and we would use him again for future tours.
I'm very happy to receive your excellent review. First we visited Engyoji Temple. It is the set of "The last samurai." And we entered the Himeji Castle called "White Egret Castle." The tour started with a 90 minute highway bus to get to the Mt. Fuji area. Hideaki had reserved the bus and the seats in advance. We first went to Arakurayama Sengen Park. This is a wonderful Mt. Fuji viewing spot. We were able to take family pictures of Mt. Fuji with a five-story pagoda. To get to this point we had to walk up 398 stairs. One of the members of our family got a bit tired/overheated along the way to the top and Hideaki stayed with him until he got to the top. The delay caused us to miss our scheduled train time to get to Lake Kawaguchi, where we were supposed to have lunch. This is where Hideaki really shined. We have severe food allergies/issues in our family and where we were, there were only two "restaurants". He spoke to the chef/owner of one of the restaurants about what the allergies were and they created a meal that was free of any of his allergens. It was one of the best meals we had all trip! We then took a train and went on a cruise on Lake Kawaguchi. After that we visited Oshino Hakkai where we had some more treats and purchased souvenirs, Of note, we purchased two HUGE Fuji Apples. Because, how could you not buy Fuji apples AT Mt. Fuji?!?! We also bought two peaches - which were probably the best peaches we've ever had! The highway bus took us back to the Bus Station, where our trip began. Hideaki was absolutely wonderful. Thoughtful, Knowledgeable and Flexible. Would highly recommend Hideaki and any tour he leads - especially this Mt. Fuji Tour!
